Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Berkovish's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Services

Berkovish provides brand consultancy, brand identity, web design, digital strategy and creative direction services, focused on developing branding solutions aligned with the client's business objectives.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback and approvals, the necessary materials and content, and payment according to the agreed schedule.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients own the rights to the final approved designs and materials created specifically for their project. Berkovish keeps the right to display the work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment terms

Payment terms are set in each project's contract. Typically an initial deposit is required to begin work, with final payment on completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

6. Revisions and changes

The number of included revisions is set in the project contract. Additional revisions may require supplementary fees.

7. Project timeline

Project timelines are estimates. They may be affected by client response times, changes in scope and other factors.

8. Limitation of liability

Berkovish's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. The client pays for work completed up to the termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.
